We begin with a thorough intake and movement screen together we look at how you breathe, align, and control movement. From this assessment we set priorities and a simple, personalized plan.
Every session is tailored to your body and your progress, blending Pilates precision with functional strength. Expect clear cueing, measured progressions, and the right level of challenge without compromising technique. We track what matters quality of movement, control, and consistency so you can see and feel your progress.
Between sessions, we provide short home practices and check-ins so good movement becomes a habit, not a phase
